How it works
This is the service process from research materials to a consultation, a scoped quote and explained findings. New consultations and orders are not yet open; you can follow the steps in the published examples.
Computational and AI tools support the work. The report describes the methods and checks included in your approved scope so you can review the result and its limits.
- You describe itTell us your question and share your data — in plain language.
- We confirmWe ask for missing details before the scope or analysis is fixed.
- We analyzeThe approved analysis is matched to the design and checked against its assumptions.
- We verifyKey choices and checks are documented in the delivered scope.
- You receiveThe deliverables listed in your quote, with readable findings and compatible files where included.

From the research question to a delivery package
- Describe the study. Explain the research aim, questions, measurements and collection design. Include the questionnaire, codebook, data if available and institutional instructions. Remove unnecessary identifiers and note anything missing.
- Review the consultation. The initial written consultation is free and carries no obligation. Its report connects the question to a possible analysis and identifies points to clarify. When consultations open, its delivery target will be 24 hours after email verification. A consultation does not replace a completed analysis or institutional approval of a design.
- Approve the scope before paid work. Review each work component, hypothesis, optional additional analysis, output language, deliverable and price. A requested submission date helps with planning; the analysis delivery target must be stated in the quote rather than assumed.
- Read the findings and supporting files. Compare the results with your question, the analyzed sample, assumptions and limitations. Save the files during the access period shown for the order.
- Clarify or request a correction. Point to the specific result or document. Corrections within the approved scope are distinguished from a new question, dataset or analysis, which requires separate scoping. Revisions are not unlimited.
Follow these steps in an open example
Read the study brief, questionnaire and original data. Then open the consultation report and itemized quote to see how the proposed work is specified separately from the recommendation.
The findings chapter and analysis decisions let you trace the question through to the result and its limits. The example price applies to that scope and one output language.
